Familiarity means to know someone or something so well and in such a way as to cause you to lose your admiration, respect and sense of awe.
Familiarity is one of the greatest BLOCK to Gods Anointing and Blessings.

Jesus own brothers never believed in him because of familiarity. I believe they think they know much about him. They know his weakness and his flaws at home and in their carpentry shop.
Michal the classical critical and familiar wife , showed her lack of respect by the kind of remark she made to her husband. Michal developed this attitude because she knew the King from head to toe.
FAMILIARITY IS STILL THE CAUSE OF SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL BARRENESS AND UNFRUITFULNESS IN THE CHURCH AND IN OUR LIVES TODAY.
2. familiarity afflicts the closest family and friends the most.
This causes anointed people to move away from their family and friends.
When people becomes familiar, they lose their respect and they cross boundaries they should never cross.
Familiarity makes people say things they should never say.
Look at the true story of Miriam.
................ and, behold, Miriam became leprous , as white as snow : and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and , behold , she was leprous.
Numbers 12:1,13.
Its familiarity that will make you make you speak against Gods Anointing and go home prepare oil rice and shito with sardine,eat and sleep with any feeling of error any where.
Familiarity can cause skin disease. Don't be a victim.
3. Familiarity has the Power to neutralize the greatest of the gift of God.
No matter how great the gift of God is, it can be neutralized by familiarity. Jesus was the greatest miracle worker and healer of all time, yet his anointing was neutralize by the presence of familiar people.
Familiarity is what makes you not to take the anointed seriously.
Familiarity is the greatest Blockage to receiving Gods power from Gods men.

Familiarity was the most powerful antagonist to the anointing on Jesus' ministry!
Familiarity is not too familiar to many people such that they do not know its effect on their lives.
