FOUNDATIONAL SCRIPTURE.LUKE.22:26

1.When you are humble like a servant, you are happy and willing to do menial jobs.
(Jn.6:12,    2 kngs.3:11)
Every servant is a server and serves.
Every humble servant is ready and prepared to do menial jobs.To do menial jobs is to sweep the church,arrange chairs, dust the louvre blades, clear cobwebs in the church,be a security man, a messenger, cleaner.These are all menial jobs and takes the spirit of humility to do all these kind of jobs.menial jobs are low class jobs, degrading, and demeaning jobs.It only take humility to do menial jobs.

2.When you are humble like a servant you are content with meagre or basic conditions for your life.
(Luke.9:58, Matt.25:24-25)

Every proper and genuine servant is  satisfy with lowly conditions.A genuine servant do not ask for a five bedroom apartment with fully air condition and cars before accepting a job.Since many young men and women have abandon the humility of servants, we require much more than average conditions in order to work for the Lord as ushers,choristers,keyboardist, drummer,preacher , choreographers.

3.When you are humble like a servant , you are willing to be trained in your work.
(Ecc.4:13)
The beginning of a servant's life is his training.You can never be a servant unless you are trained to do things that your master likes and wants.Without being humble you cannot be trained , disciplined or instructed to perform certain tasks or tricks for your master.To be trained means to be pruned , drilled and bent until you are in the desired shape and condition for your master.It takes humility to be trained and pruned.
