meets beauty pageant for December 2016 elections in Ghana!

Nduom, the Presidential nominee of the Progressive People’s Party has picked a
former beauty queen and women’s advocate Brigitte Dzogbenuku as his running
mate for the 2016 general elections.
Miss Ghana
1991, Madam Dzogbenuku is also the founder and executive director of Mentoring
Women Ghana (MWG), a non-governmental organization (NGO).
“We have said
that we want to encourage the young men and women and we are doing both this
morning and we have also said that we stand for jobs and you will understand
why we have made this choice because the person I am introducing has got
experience of doing at the grassroots level.”
“I want you
to welcome as I hold her hand and introduce to the world that here I am
standing with Brigitte Dzogbenuku,” Dr Nduom said at the head office of
the PPP in Asylum Down.
Madame
Dzogbenuku in her acceptance speech said she is a Ghanaian, who desperately
wants the country to work again with the right type of leadership.
She said, “I
am a Ghanaian who believes government can work again without high
levels of wastefulness, corruption, and misappropriation of tax-payers money”.
