Youth and Sports Minister, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye is adamant he has no hidden agenda against the Football Association or any person on the association.
There have been multiple reports citing unrest between Nii Lantey and key members of the football association with the Sports Minister alleged to fighting a personal battle.
But Nii Lantey has rebuffed all such claims insisting he can even swear on the bible.
“I can put my hands on my chest and swear on my bible that I don’t have anything against anybody but all I want is that the right things must be done for our football to be better because when Ghana football progresses we will gets good jobs and we will be happy.” Nii Lante toldAsempa Sports.
“I have followed football and played football in this country. I have run colts teams, I have run division three teams, division two teams and I have been part of the foundation of Liberty Professionals to make it what it is today.
“I have said on many platforms that I don’t speak as an ignorant person because I have both the practical experience and the knowledge.\
“When I say something it is not because of my position as the sports minister but for all of us to be one so that we can uplift our passion higher.”
